Winter Talks Programme
The Year Ahead With little sign of restrictions being lifted in the near future, we may be unable to hold any meetings in the Village Hall ov er the next few months. We have therefore had to adapt and add to our planned programme of talks. Our speakers have all agreed to conduct their presentations online via Zoom. Winter Activities & Competitions
To help overcome some of the isolation which the winter months may bring, we have arranged three extra activities – photography, poetry and hyacinth competitions!
Photography Members are encouraged to send in photos which will be displayed on our website – with prizes for the winning entries. During October and November, the topic is ‘Garden Wildlife’ During December and January, ‘An Amusing Scene’ with a caption. During February and March, the topic is ‘Winter Garden’. Phot
